Recognized by Business Week as one of the 150 most influential search consultants in the world, Mark gained business and international awareness from his experiences with Deloitte in Canada and Jaycees International. Mark has worked with many large and middle-market companies, private equity as well as start-ups, advising what it takes to be recognized as a preferred employer and how innovative recruitment of exceptional management candidates will impact their financial results as well as the organization’s reputation and image. Mark proactively introduces and recommends clients and strategic partners to each other, for the mutual benefit of all resources. He is a pioneer in digital media, including video branding to differentiate – as individuals and company – towards a successful search. He also created the “Leadership Series” of executive and entrepreneur video interviews. With extensive cross-industry, international experience and relationships, he recognizes the value of understanding and respecting cultures, languages, and the impact on people and business. “It’s all about people, inclusion, and trust, to create a winning team.” Mark sits on the Boards of Million Peacemakers (“Nonflict”), World Language Communications and The VerdeXchange Institute. Mark has been active with the L.A. Economic Development Corporation and Miami’s Beacon Council. He is engaged with The Hidden Tears Project, and has been involved in many Sports & Entertainment projects, including SportsFund, and owning professional cycling and roller hockey teams. He is a Chartered Accountant, graduating from McGill University in Montreal. Mark is most proud of his three sons, and when given a chance, will undoubtedly tell you about them.
