Senior Associate

Morgan Layton joined the Stanton Chase team in 2014 as a Data Research Associate and since has played a role in 30+ mid-level and senior-level executive searches within the Consumer Products, Hospitality, and Industrial industries. Currently, he works with the team in support of candidate identification and candidate development activities and manages the initial search strategy and candidate assessment. Previous to Stanton Chase, Morgan was with Peoplenext where he developed a passion for helping facilitate his clients’ success through quality hiring.
