Margaret Bonanno-Paa

Director of Research

Margaret serves as the Head of Market Research and Candidate Development with her staff at the Baltimore Office. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the research and candidate development process including identifying, locating, contacting and qualifying potential candidates based upon specific position criteria and requirements. Margaret manages off-site research staff in both the U.S. and worldwide in support of staffing and recruitment initiatives, while also participating in ongoing business development initiatives.

Margaret has developed multiple resources in collaboration with other Stanton Chase offices to identify, locate, contact, and evaluate highly qualified candidates. Our developed IT capability and database system has enabled a comprehensive and time responsive approach to the identification of exceptional candidates for our clients. Previously, Margaret was a Corporate Recruiter for Laureate International Universities, and she has extensive experience recruiting across all functional areas and lines of business. Margaret holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a concentration in advertising and public relations, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She studied Italian language and culture in Florence, Italy during her junior year in college. Margaret holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY, and has completed a Human Resources Professional Certificate program at Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
