David Ptak

David has over fifteen years of experience providing executive search and consulting services for a wide variety of clients globally. He also has specific industry expertise in financial services, healthcare and professional services, including the development of client engagements requiring complex regulatory solutions. Specifically, David has led Internal Audit outsourcing engagements, and has provided Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) consulting services for both regional and global financial institutions. In the healthcare sector, he assisted a client as they migrated to a new finance platform, and worked with a large health system as they implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
David has also placed numerous key executives at multinationals supporting Internal Audit, Compliance, Business Development, Operations and within the CFO suite. Of Argentinian descent, David is fluent in Spanish, and has assisted Fortune 500 sized companies as they grew strategically throughout the LATAM region, placing key executives in multiple locales. Early in his career, David worked as a financial analyst for a global consulting firm, as well as an asset manager for a real estate developer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, and currently serves on the boards of Loyola’s Graduate Business Alumni Association, the St. Ignatius of Loyola Academy, and the Association for Corporate Growth’s Maryland chapter.
