Donald Davidson

Don Davidson serves as a Director at our Baltimore/Washington office, concentrating on recruiting assignments in the Life Science and Consumer Health industries. Don joined Stanton Chase in 2014 after spending 10 years with Novartis AG. Don most previous role was as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Novartis in Basel, Switzerland where he lead searches for global leaders in commercial and medical leadership roles. In prior roles, Don was the Group Staffing Head for Beijing Novartis Pharma based in Beijing, China setting up a staffing service center for Greater China. He also has been the Executive Director of Staffing for Novartis, North America.
Don has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 25 years. He has worked for Marion Laboratories and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, holding multiple leadership roles in sales, marketing and human resources. He is a past member of Society of Human Resource Management, speaking at several congresses on talent acquisitions strategies. Don earned his bachelors degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with advanced degree work done at Cornell University in Human Resource.
