Kathleen Hajek

Kathleen Lehman Hajek is a Director with the Stanton Chase Baltimore and Washington, D.C. offices. Kathleen has over 20 years of executive recruiting experience. With an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach, she has demonstrated success recruiting C-level executives as well as key leaders in finance, strategy, business development, marketing, human resources, and administration. In addition, Kathleen has worked with venture capital and private equity firms, placing strategic leaders for their portfolio companies. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Kathleen was a Partner with two boutique firms specializing in the health care industry.
Kathleen began her career in executive search as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to executive search, Kathleen served as Manager of Recruiting for Deloitte in the Chicago office. She is actively involved with school activities, community service and passionate about the arts. For over five years, Kathleen served as an active Board Member with the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, and she played an integral role during the design, development and opening of The Richard & Helen DeVos Japanese Garden in June 2015. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, degree from the University of Michigan. She also studied abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.
