Lindsay A. Lautz was the founder of Leadership Group Executive Search (LGES), a leading senior-level retained executive search firm with offices across the US. The firm was ranked #4 in Silicon Valley. In 1990, Lindsay began his search career as a Principal at Korn/Ferry International. Over the past twenty-seven years, Lindsay has successfully completed a significant number of searches in all functional areas in such industries as consumer products/electronics/services, hardware, software, media and telecom, broadcast and interactive television, entertainment, hospitality, clean technology and transportation for pre-IPO Internet ventures and large multinational corporations.

In 1981, Lindsay co-founded Positive Video, Ltd., Northern California’s first post-production only facility specializing in the electronic editing of videotape, special effects, audio, and animation for programs and TV commercials for over 600 corporations, TV stations, advertising agencies, and production companies throughout the world. Lindsay joined Fromm &Sichel, Inc., a subsidiary of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons of New York, in 1973. Fromm &Sichel, based in San Francisco, was the worldwide distributors of The Christian Brothers wines, brandy, and champagne. Lindsay served as VP, HR and in 1977, was elected Vice President, Treasurer. Lindsay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. Lindsay sits on the Boards of JUMP.LA, Kirsen Global Technologies, Vet-tech.com, and the MBV (MBA for Veterans) Program at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
