Hans Nilsson, Partner at Stanton Chase International and Global Practice Leader Aviation & Aerospace, is an experienced executive who brings more than 25 years of industrial and management consulting experience in the very sectors of the aviation, aerospace, transportation, media and sports industries to the firm. During his career, Hans has represented, and held executive positions, at a wide range of well-known international airlines, aviation service providers, media corporations, and industry associations. He held functional positions such as Managing Director, Senior Vice President Global Services, Vice President Sales and Marketing including Board Assignments. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Hans served as a Director at the International Air Transport Association, IATA in Geneva. Earlier, he held executive positions at Swiss, KLM, West Atlantic, Jeppesen, TV4 Sweden and Bortz Media & Sports Group.
He started his career as an accomplished Pilot for the Swedish Coast Guard. Hans also acts as an advisor to a number of prestigious sports leagues where he has facilitated league scheduling, broadcasting and arena optimization. Moreover, he has a subject matter expertise in Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition. Hans earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Leicester and an Executive Management Diploma from Stockholm’s School of Economics – IFL. He also holds a degree in Aeronautical Science as a graduate Coast Guard Pilot. Hans is a Swedish citizen, residing in Geneva with his family. He speaks Swedish, English, and German.
