Jeff Supina has nearly two decades of experience in executive search and deep sector experience in industrial and technology. He offers broad expertise encompassing various subsectors of manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, and financial services. Jeff has completed assignments for publicly-held, privately-held and private-equity owned multi-national, high-growth organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies. Clients rely on his deep knowledge and dedication to hiring exceptional talent in a range of functions.
Given his versatility, Jeff has assisted clients hire exceptional talent in general management roles and numerous functional areas including information technology, product management, engineering, finance, sales, operations, supply chain, procurement, and human resources. His previous experience includes working for a global retained search firm as well as managing the search practice of a boutique firm specializing in technology and finance. Jeff also led the recruiting function for one of the nation’s Big Five accounting & consulting firms after spending a few years in the audit and business advisory practice. Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Michigan.
