David Matthew Helfrich is a Director with the Stanton Chase Boston office. David has conducted executive searches with both regional and international firms. Having partnered with a diversified client base comprised of law-firms, multi-national corporations, and non-profit organizations, David has a consultative approach to talent acquisition advising clients on best practices to attract the next generation of leaders in an ever-changing world. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, David recruited leaders for the top 100 AmLaw firms, as well as corporate legal teams in US and other global markets. David’s professional background is multifaceted.
David co-founded a business in Costa Rica where he served as Legal Counsel providing guidance on licensing, import-export law, and business entity formation. David also sits on the board of a non-profit organization (BRKTHRU) engaged in whole health, scholarship and community engagement. Additionally, David has served as an adviser to various political campaigns within both Washington DC and Northern New England. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law.
