For more than 25 years, Jim has developed talent acquisition solutions to ensure that leadership talent aligns with changing business needs. Jim joined TalentRISE in 2012 to focus on clients’ executive leadership challenges, leveraging his passion for a fresh, flexible approach to executive search as well as his expertise in RPO, workforce planning/analytics and executive coaching. Before TalentRISE, he was senior vice president in the human resource function of Fifth Third Bancorp where he built the infrastructure to support the organization’s strategic workforce planning needs while attracting, retaining and recruiting their executive workforce. He also served for five years as managing director and leader of the talent acquisition function for Huron Consulting Group, a global professional services firm, was the vice president of human resources with Edward Don and Company, the nation’s largest foodservice supply and equipment distributor, and held various leadership roles with Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and internet consultancy Lante. Jim’s clients include professional service firms such as: Accretive Healthcare, The Claro Group, Duff & Phelps, Deloitte, Healthscape Advisors, Huron, McKinnis Consulting Group and West Monroe Partners. He has also served financial services clients like: Discover, Fifth Third Bank, First National Bank of Sioux Falls and Santander. Jim serves on the board of directors for Sheila Greco & Associates, Staffing Management Association of Chicago (STAR) and Mount Assisi Academy. He is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals, Human Resource Management Association of Chicago and the Metropolitan Club of Chicago. A graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, Jim was awarded the Staffing Management Association of Greater Chicago “Staffing Professional of the Year” award in 2008.
