Richard G. Kampmann

Director

Rich is a member of the Financial Services practice group at Stanton Chase, and he brings 15 years of executive search and leadership consulting expertise to his client organizations. In addition, Rich has 14 years of hands-on and leadership experience in the Financial Services and Wealth Management industries. Rich has performed hundreds of searches for companies around the world at executive and senior management levels. He is a member of the Industrial, Consumer and Professional Services industry practice groups and is part of the Stanton Chase CFO and Financial Executive Specialization. Prior to becoming a Director at Stanton Chase, Rich was a Managing Director and Equity Partner with Boyden global executive search and a Principal with Korn Ferry International.

He was also a Wealth Advisor at Wells Fargo Private Bank and a Private Banker with The Chase Manhattan Private Bank. Rich earned a BA degree in Economics with a concentration in Marketing, Accounting and Industrial Organization from Rutgers College at Rutgers University. Rich and his wife Patty support many non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community. He is currently on the Board of the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center that serves people with disabilities. In addition, Rich is an Eagle Scout and a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the San Francisco Little League.
