Roxana brings over 20 years of industry experience to Stanton Chase’s Nashville office. She has extensive knowledge of global leadership, engineering, multi-cultural management, lean manufacturing and diversity & inclusion. Roxana started her career as an electrical engineer at Schneider Electric. In just a few years, she was leading the company’s Automation and Control division supporting OEM customers. In this role, she managed engineers, designers and manufacturing associates in developing and building unique, engineered-to-order products. Roxana continued her advancement in technical management, global leadership, project management, strategic initiatives and change management.
As a Director of Engineering, she managed a global team of 180 engineers and technicians in five countries. She then led the diversity and inclusion initiative for her company’s U.S. and Canada divisions. As a Director of Diversity & Inclusion, she coached top company executives to promote a culture of inclusion within the company. Roxana believes in the power of diversity & inclusion, and its direct link to innovation and business success. Her combined technical leadership and diversity experience provide a distinct perspective when selecting top executives for her clients. In 2015, she was a recipient of Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence award in the Trailblazer category. Her Diversity and Inclusion initiatives have been recognized by several organizations including Stanton Chase’s Chairman’s Diversity Award. Roxana received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has also completed several certificates in leadership including the Duke University’s Leadership for Scientists and Engineers and Center for Creative Leadership’s strategic leadership program.
