Dean Bare, managing director of Stanton Chase International’s Atlanta office, brings more than 30 years of experience in various business sectors to the executive search process. A principal of Stanton Chase since 2002, Bare offers broad experience in the manufacturing, engineering and technology industries where he has implemented national and international search assignments for key executive positions. These assignments include chief executive, general management, finance, marketing, sales operations, research and development, quality assurance and business development. Clients include global companies such as Schlumberger, a leading oilfield services firm, and Labinal, provider of services and products to the aerospace industry.
Bare’s business experience before coming to Stanton Chase includes senior level positions with leading companies. He helped establish and served as president of the MullingBrooks executive search firm, and before that was with Boyden International, one of the nation’s oldest search firms. Early in his career, he owned and operated an executive search firm, Corporate Source. Bare’s extensive multidisciplinary experience also includes eight years as division manager of NCH Corporation, a leading specialty chemical company. As executive vice president of The Restoration Company, a large scale disaster recovery firm, he directed the opening of offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Born and raised in Tennessee, he received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee. Bare, who has been involved in more than 200 successful executive searches, also dedicates a part of his practice to not-for-profit organizations and major hospital systems in the Southeast.
