David Kimbro

A senior executive search consultant with almost twenty years of retained executive search experience obtained from Spexsearch, Korn/Ferry International, the Laurel Group, Herd Freed Hartz, and Allen Austin, David has lived and worked in Asia and Europe and has substantial cross-border experience. Based in Seattle since 2005, David was previously based in Europe (France and Spain) and Asia (Hong Kong) and began his career in search in Korn/Ferry International’s Hong Kong office, where he worked his way up from Researcher to Partner level. David is planting the Stanton Chase flag in Seattle with the opening of a new office in 2018.
Primary industry experience: Technology, Financial Services, Consumer, and Industrial. With broad experience in functional leadership across the C-suite, David’s clients range from start-ups to large public companies. David holds a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from Washington College. He studied abroad in Mexico, England, and Spain and was a graduate fellow and the Lamone Entrepreneurship Scholar of his MBA class at the University of Maryland in College Park where he received his MBA degree in International Business. Interests include motor racing (cars and karting), sea kayaking, mountaineering, and technical scuba diving. David is fluent in Spanish. Specialties: V and C level retained executive search
