Bob is a Director with Stanton Chase Dallas. He is also a successful entrepreneur, having previously founded several companies in the marketing, consulting and real estate investment arenas. After an extensive career in both corporate and agency marketing and advertising, Bob launched out into the executive search business in 1995, joining W. Robert Michaels & Company, a retained search and consulting boutique in Houston as a management consultant. In 2004, Bob opened the Stanton Chase office in Houston as a satellite of the Stanton Chase Dallas office. In February of 2013 he joined the Dallas office of Stanton Chase as Director.
Bob has successfully performed numerous searches spanning a wide range of senior and mid-management positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel, Vice President/Sales & Marketing, and Engineering Manager across a number of industries, with particular expertise in Process/Refining and Infrastructure Engineering and Construction, Oilfield Services, and Offshore/Deepwater Engineering. Bob earned his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and his Master’s from Texas A&M University. Additionally he has completed MBA courses at LeTourneau University and the University of Central Florida.
