A Philly native, Zach brings unparalleled East Coast hustle and grit to sunny Los Angeles. Zach was one of the first employees to join Daversa’s Santa Monica office and has found his niche recruiting world class, Go-to-Market executives. His work ranges from pre-revenue ground-ups to multi-billion dollar companies, with an emphasis on Fintech & Enterprise Security.

Most receently, Zach has buillt out the executive teams for Plaid, Brex, Upstart, Opendoor, Honey, Tessian, Rebellion Defense, and Anduril. Zach Graduated from Pennsylvania State University where he was a Marketing Major with a focus in Supply Chain, and a minor in Labor & Employment Relations.
