Born and raised in the nation’s capital, Ava excels at considering all sides of an issue, which allows her to mediate and drive projects over the finish line. Since joining Daversa Partners, Ava has demonstrated an ability to recruit game-changing talent to join the leadership teams for disruptive consumer internet, HealthTech and enterprise software companies.

Ava has built out the VP and C-Suite management teams for clients including Landit, Envoy, Forward, Ginger.io, Datto, and Ticketmaster. Ava graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with degrees in International Studies and Business Management.
