A Hudson Valley native, it’s no wonder that Kyle thrives off of the NYC hustle and energy as he brings his “work hard-play hard” mentality to the office day in and day out. With his calm yet pointed approach, Kyle has a unique ability to connect and build deeply rooted relationships across both his client and candidate bases. Since joining Daversa, Kyle quickly found that he has affinity for working with and placing executives at incredibly impactful consumer businesses.

Some of Kyle’s most recent search work includes Peloton, Athletic Brewing, Waltham Clinic and Tend. When he’s not headhunting, you can find Kyle exploring the next great mountain, beach, or running trail across his travels. Kyle is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Sports Management.
