A New Yorker born and raised, Brian has brought an East Coast mentality to San Francisco and his search practice. Brian works primarily across B2B SaaS, middleware, infrastructure, security, & frontier technology, placing CEOs, Presidents, Heads of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success leaders and a variety of GM roles.Brian has spent the last 6+ years building particular depth around the SaaS and infrastructure categories building out the teams at MongoDB, GitLab, Palo Alto Networks, Automation-Anywhere among others.

More recently he has led much of Daversa’s work around Infrastructure and Security software companies like Hazelcast, PlanetScale, Evident.io, SheildX, Tigera and Vectra.ai along with Daversa’s work around frontier technology and robotics including: Gecko Robotics, Leia, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Instrumental, Planet Labs and others. Brian is a frequent partner to Eclipse Ventures, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, A16Z, Menlo Ventures, Accel Partners, and a select group of other top tier venture capital and private equity firms.
