A New Yorker at her core, Samantha is relentless when it comes to her pursuit for extraordinary talent across both coasts. Her sense of urgency and organization is unparalleled. Samantha has played a critical role in building out the VP and C-level management teams for some of the most disruptive consumer and enterprise companies of our time. She has a deep network and expertise in recruiting for senior engineering, data/machine learning and product functions, as well as operations and marketing.

Samantha has partnered with the majority of the tier-1 venture firms such as Khosla, Thrive Capital, Andreessen, Kleiner Perkins, Benchmark Capital, Sequoia Capital and Venrock, and has built the leadership teams for Compass, Dataminr, Zocdoc, WeWork, Nutanix, DigitalOcean, Snapchat, Grubhub and Etsy among others. Samantha graduated as Student Marshal with highest distinction from Penn State University in the College of Communications.
