She recruits across the entire VP/C-suite, and is an expert at Technology, Product, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operational leadership roles.

Based in our NYC and CT offices, and supporting many B2B/B2C growth industries, Carol has recently built the leadership teams for Letgo, Toorak Capital, Etsy, iFly, TuneCore, Priceline and many other companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. She cares about her clients’ mission, culture, revenue, and lasting success – as she is continuously recognized for her 24/7 style, ensuring her client’s needs are a priority.

An Ithaca College grad, Carol’s pre-recruiting days were in Information Technology and Training at UPS and Marsh & McLennan. She was Daversa Partners 4th employee hire and has been instrumental in our own successful growth.
