Born and raised in California, Roxy combines a deep knowledge and appreciation of the West Coast Tech landscape with a well-rounded point of view on the talent ecosystem. Having led portfolio talent at both Sapphire Ventures and B Capital Group, Roxy brings a unique perspective on the challenges founders face across the growth lifecycle, and takes the same collaborative approach when working with clients to solve their long-term business objectives. A generalist at heart, Roxy has cultivated strong relationships with executives across Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, placing these leaders at companies like Twitter, Postmates, Pendo, and Podium. Roxy is based in San Francisco and graduated from the University of California at Davis with a degree in Neurobiology and Behavioral Anthropology.
