As the Manager of People Operations, Elle oversees every element of the business that encourages Daversa employees to be successful and productive. As the first hire within the HR & People Ops org at Daversa, she is a key driver of all things people.

Having a diverse background, Elle brings a unique perspective to Daversa. She got her start in the marketing industry and developed a deep passion for understanding her customers’ needs and figuring out how to keep them happy. She quickly realized how well the skills would translate to HR. Her employees may be her customers now, but she is always one step ahead in anticipating their needs.

Midwestern roots with an East Coast hustle, Elle resides and works out of Daversa’s Washington, DC office. She graduated with University Honors from UCF. A life-long learner, Elle also holds certificates in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, People Analytics, and HR.
