Tara, born and raised in NY, knows how to roll up her sleeves and get the job done. The girl who never sleeps from the city that never sleeps, Tara brings passion and energy to all of her work. Prior to Daversa, Tara was a Buyer for Hudson Bay Company before trading in fashion for tech. Placing VP and C-level executives, she has built out teams across the consumer and enterprise verticals for Nike, Glossier, SKIMS, Good American, Maisonette, iHeart Media, Airtable, Squarespace and Oscar.

In her free time, Tara enjoys traveling. She’s an avid hiker and loves exploring new trails when she’s in a different part of the country. A found correlation between her love of hiking and headhunting has empowered Tara to persist until she reaches the top for her each of her clients. Tara graduated with honors from Penn State where she studied Business and Supply Chain
