Anum joined Daversa Partners as a Manager of Talent Acquisition on the People Team where she focuses on internal hiring across all offices and functions.

Her passion lies within hiring the best talent for Daversa along with Diversity & Inclusion. She had a massive hand in leading and driving success in the growth of Daversa Partners. Anum brings a depth of knowledge in D&I initiatives to enhance culture and relationships at the firm. This is rooted from being born and raised in Pakistan and coming to the United States when she was 12. A long term New Jersey resident, Anum works out of our New York City office.

She graduated from Rutgers University with her Bachelors and Masters in Human Resource Management. In her free time, you can find her hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
