Vicky, a dedicated Headhunter and Mother, sets a high bar for identifying impactful leadership for her clients. She is one of the founding team members at Daversa Partners, and is considered to be one of the firm’s veteran headhunters. Vicky is a trusted search advisor to the boards and management teams that hire her, and has become an expert at building out the leadership teams for both early and late stage innovative companies within the consumer internet, services, and healthcare technology sectors.

She offers in depth experience at running President, COO, CEO, VP Sales, HR and tech related searches. Most recently, Vicky played a crucial role building out the executive teams at Butterfly Network, Progyny, Quibi, Stella & Dot, Snapchat, Oscar Insurance, and the advisory team at Brighton Park Capital. She is a cancer victor and advocate for alternative health and wellness. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from State University of New York, FIT.
