Canadian born and raised, Brynn brings her small-town prairie charm, energy and drive to the headhunting industry. Forgoing a career in the medical field to join Daversa Partners, Brynn’s passion for helping people and desire to change the standard of healthcare makes her relentless in her recruitment of high impact executives. A key member of the firm’s healthtech practice, her work spans the entire VP & C-Suite touching payer, provider, diagnostics, and well-tech businesses.

She has been recognized for her work with top tier Venture firms including Khosla, General Catalyst, Bessemer, Drive Capital, Kleiner, Oak, and more. Recently, she has done work for Color Genomics, Qventus, Caption Health, Genalyte, and Vesta Healthcare. She graduated with distinction from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Business.
