Joining the firm in 2005, Laura has defined herself as one of Daversa’s top headhunters. At 28, Laura became the youngest woman in Daversa’s history to make partner and was recognized as one of Crain’s Most Notable Women in Tech in 2019. She has devoted much of her time to building Daversa’s presence in NYC and has completed more than 400 executive searches for both consumer and B2B businesses.
Laura is a trusted partner to top investors like Thrive, Venrock, NEA, and Union Square Ventures. She has built the leadership teams for companies like Peloton, Airtable, Oscar, Nutanix, Square and Pinterest.
Laura graduated from Penn State University with a degree in communications and business management. She lives in New Canaan, CT with her two young children and husband, Chris. When she’s not working, Laura enjoys making pizzas with her kids and spending time on the lake in Skaneateles, NY.
