A former collegiate soccer captain and All-American, this Connecticut native knows talent when he sees it. An avid sports fan, Patrick grew up a Mets, Jets and Knicks fan. He didn’t see much talent on the field but knows what it looks like in the boardroom.

He brings a unique style to recruiting – leading with honesty, integrity and humor. Patrick’s core strengths include listening deeply and reading the room. He prides himself on understanding the needs of all his clients and always delivering. His innate competitive nature combined with his relentless work ethic create quality results for everyone who works with him.

Prior to joining Daversa Partners, Patrick spent time in the Business Development Department at Major League Soccer. Before beginning his professional career, he graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in Business Management.
