Since joining Daversa Partners in 2013, Jon has implemented a people-first approach to business growth which has enabled the firm to scale to its current global presence. Today, Jon heads Talent Operations & Growth for Daversa Partners which includes talent acquisition, development and tech/data management. Jon has led the implementation of innovative systems, programs and processes for the company.

He has launched strategies that have increased revenue and developed culture. Hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship, and collaboration are areas that have been launched and developed under his direction. Jon began his career at a digital media startup, Odyssey, where he first experienced the entrepreneurial and innovative approaches that he carries today.

Originally from Indiana, Jon proudly brings his Midwest work ethic to the northeast. He graduated from Purdue University’s College of Technology with a degree in Organizational Leadership.
