Meagan has been providing high-quality experiences as a Service/Strategy Specialist on the Teamalytics Client Engagement Team since 2022.
The Client Engagement Team provides ongoing management and logistical support for our web-based, in-person and virtual engagements and the processes we implement to align individual and team behavior at all levels to develop the culture necessary to achieve the client’s business objectives.
Megan’s attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and exceptional desire to serve continue to exceed our client’s expectations. Megan is an invaluable partner to our Business Development/Strategy Team in the pipeline, proposal, contracting, and renewal process.
In addition, Megan works closely with the Business Development/Strategy Team in coordinating and implementing some of our Marketing efforts as we introduce our services within industries, including Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities/Oil and Gas, Business Services, Health Sciences, Defense, Hospitality, and Infrastructure.
Before coming to Teamalytics, Megan spent 15 years in public education as a head track & field coach and math teacher. Megan graduated from Stephen F. Austin University, Magna Cum Laude (Kinesiology and Mathematics). In addition, she was a student-athlete running track & cross county. Megan received her Master’s in Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
Megan lives in North Texas and enjoys spending time with her husband, Curt, and their three children, Adalynn, Callen, and Crosby. She also enjoys running, golfing, and cheering on all Dallas Sports teams (Cowboys, Mavs, Stars, and Rangers).
