VP - Operations & Client Engagement

Glenn has been providing high-quality service and leadership as the Service/Operations Director on the Teamalytics Client Engagement Team since 2011.

The Client Engagement Team provides ongoing management and logistical support for our web-based, in-person and virtual engagements and the processes we implement to align individual and team behavior at all levels to develop the culture necessary to achieve the client’s business objectives.

Glenn’s attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs, along with his exceptional desire to serve, have been valuable as he leads the Client Engagement Team and as a member of the Operations Team. Glenn is an invaluable partner to the Teamalytics Coaches as they prepare and deliver our services within industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas services, retail energy, private equity, real estate, healthcare, sports and entertainment, transportation, logistics, and technology. Glenn also works closely with our Business Development team in the account management, proposal, and contracting process. In addition, Glenn coordinates, manages, and executes special projects for Teamalytics.

Before coming to Teamalytics, Glenn spent over 25-years within privately held and publicly traded companies and the non-profit sector. He has held positions in sales, customer service, marketing, advertising, and promotions.

Glenn and his wife, Kim, reside in Tyler, Texas. Their daughter, Lauren, attends the University of Arkansas. Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, reading, all genres of music and visiting art museums in his spare time.
