Elisha Sriram serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Client Success at Teamalytics, where he leads initiatives that drive strategic growth, strengthen client engagement, and support the execution of key leadership goals. Elisha is passionate about helping clients maximize their impact by translating strategic vision into operational reality.
He brings a background in entrepreneurship, consulting, and business strategy, having successfully launched and scaled a consumer brand and advised organizations ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to AI-powered startups. A graduate of the Business Honors program at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, Elisha developed a deep commitment to leadership, business development, and helping others unlock their full potential.
Elisha finds great joy in bettering people and helping them build the lives they want to live. He values deep, impactful conversations that create opportunities to better serve those around him, combining his love for strategic thinking with a heart for relational growth. Outside of work, Elisha enjoys weightlifting, reading about business and leadership, and spending time with his three sisters.
Elisha currently resides in College Station, Texas.
