Lee Bason brings over 30 years experience to his passion for developing some of the world’s top leaders. His ability to identify core behavioral issues and drive results has opened doors for Lee to serve a wide range of corporate executives.
Lee’s expertise has been focused on developing senior leaders in high performing companies such as ITT Defense, Spark Energy, DynCorp
International, M3 Capital Partners, USA Hauling & Recycling, Azure Midstream, Laser Midstream, Caliche Oil & Gas Storage, NextEra Energy, Sentient Energy, Raintree Partners, and Heritage Environmental. He has provided consulting and training services to senior management in organizations throughout the United States, as well as Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Brazil, and Puerto Rico.
Having also worked with sports industry clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Texas A&M football, Lee has consulted with many collegiate and professional athletes, most notably, professional quarterbacks Colt McCoy and Ryan Tannehill.
Lee fully commits himself to his clients’ success. The impact of his efforts is seen not only in terms of their professional success but also in the enduring mark he leaves on their personal lives.
Lee considers convincing Janie to marry him as his single greatest accomplishment. His wife for over 40 years, Janie, is a retired orientation and mobility specialist who served visually-impaired children and adults. In typical Lee fashion, he’s pushing for another 40 years! Their daughter, Eleah, is a doctor of physical therapy, and their granddaughter, Sienna, is in the 2nd grade.
