Gloria Palomo is a leader with a passion for developing individuals and teams. She learned early in her career that everyone wants to know someone cares about them. With this idea in mind, she has focused on bringing out the best in others by fostering positive relationships to synergize teams.
Gloria has a demonstrated history of leadership.Beginning her career in the grocery industry after earning her Bachelor of Business in Finance degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, she led customer service teams to maximize their potential to provide exceptional customer service. Gloria also developed and led various teams for a state educational agency through a coach-centric approach. This approach empowered her team to enhance and develop products, tools, and services for educators in Texas using a multitude of technologies and instructional strategies.
After returning to college to earn her Master of Education degree, Gloria served as a bilingual (Spanish) elementary educator for most of her career. She was named the District Teacher of the Year. Once more, the cornerstone of her career was developing strong teams while fostering the development of high-potential future leaders.
Gloria has two grown and married children, Joseph (Bryanna) and Miranda (Jonathan) and one grandbaby, Ava Grace. She and Jesse, her husband of over 30 years, live in Boerne, Texas, and spend time traveling with their German Shepherd, Maggie. Gloria loves volunteering in her community, reading, running, and cooking.
