Katie is a client solutions leader and business development strategist for Teamalytics, where she brings over 17 years’ of talent strategy and client development experience to our team, along with her signature ability to connect with, understand, and better her client’s needs as they build high-performing teams.
Over her career Katie has partnered with numerous leaders in Fortune and Global 500 organizations to create powerful people analytics, employee engagement, rewards, recognition, change management and culture change initiatives. Her experience developing business partnerships and supporting external and internal client needs with roles at O.C. Tanner, Mercer (a division of Marsh McLennan) and McKesson taught her the value of strong relationships and trust, whether she was creating lasting connections with clients, navigating complex change and structures with them or building brand awareness in the market.
Katie is passionate about people and the unique impact and purpose each individual possesses. The daughter of a retired Army officer, Katie is committed to service. Mentoring youth, early career professionals and supporting the military community are all causes close to her heart. Katie serves as the Strategic Development Director for a non-profit aimed at serving Gold Star Children through sports and fitness.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science & American Politics from the University of North Georgia. During her senior summer, she was accepted into The Fund for American Studies at Georgetown University where she completed a semester and interned with the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation in Anacostia, Washington, DC.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
