Eric is an investor, entrepreneur, business and executive coach, and published author with a deep passion for developing leaders, building dream teams, and growing small to mid-sized businesses. For more than 20 years, he has been honing his skill as a business coach by growing the privately-held companies in his portfolio.
He is an educator and service provider to 1,000’s of business coaches and dozens of business and executive coaching firms, franchises, and licensing brands throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australasian markets. Eric has published 100’s of industry articles, white papers, and books, including the Amazon category best-selling book: The Million Dollar Business Coaching Firm. He began his coaching career by founding a business and executive coaching firm comprising 7 business coaching franchise units delivering more than $1 Million USD in revenue, 23% operating profit, and an average annual growth rate of 140% per year over four years. He exited the firm by selling it to 4 of his employees for $1 Million USD, a return on capital of more than 3,000%.

Eric has held both volunteer and fully-funded church leadership roles in several congregations over the years including Pastor, Elder, and Board Chairman. He has been happily married to Deborah since 1993 and is the father of four adult children. He is a voracious reader, world-traveler, and jazz-fusion guitar aficionado.
