Ville is Country Manager and Managing Partner and of Horton International in Finland. He has twelve years of experience in executive search of which the last five years with Horton. He joined Horton International in 2011.
Before his career in executive search, Ville held various senior general management and sales positions within Nokia Group and IBM for 15 years, with locations in Finland and abroad.
He has experience in working with clients across several sectors and industries, however, the main focus has been on technology, industrial as well as health, consumer-goods and services segments. Assignments have included various domestic and international senior management positions across several functional disciplines covering general management roles, sales & marketing, finance, human resources, as well as sourcing and operations related roles.
Ville holds a Master of Science in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics.
