Ani joined Horton International in 2007 as a Managing Partner and has all together 19 years of executive search and recruitment experience.
She has focused her search career in Consumer Goods and Retail, Media, Services, ICT and High Tech. She is specialized in recruitments with businesses in the midst of digitalization challenges and becoming truly customer-centric. Ani has nine years of Executive Search experience and 10 years of other recruiting, assessment and management consulting experience.
She has also has experience in sales and key account management as well as acting as a Customer Director in mid-size Consulting Company Management team. Ani holds a Master of Science in Psychology from University of Helsinki and Master of Education from Northern Illinois University, USA.
