Andrey is the Managing Partner of Horton International Russia, and is headquartered in Moscow. He is a highly experienced professional, who has been active in the executive search business since 1999. Andrey has completed numerous projects in senior-level management search, including General Management, Financial Services, Sales, Marketing, IT and Supply Chain Management.

He understands the specificity of the local market and has intimate knowledge of business in Russia in the post-Soviet area. Andrey also has experience in outplacement, staff assessment, management audits, outsourcing and legal support. Prior to that, he worked in publishing and banking.
