Carlos joined Horton International as a Principal Consultant with more than 30 years of operational and strategic experience in leading the Human Resources function.  His experience includes positions in top global companies such as Procter & Gamble in Brazil, Venezuela and Greater China, in addition to Citibank, Kellogg’s and Baxter Healthcare for the Latin America Region. Carlos has held positions as the Global Head of Human Resources in top Mexican organizations to include Banorte and Comex.  These experiences provide him expertise in business and human resources strategy development and deployment, talent strategy design and management and human resources operations. During his previous executive search professional experience he successfully executed senior level assignments for the health care, consumer goods, banking and construction industries.
