Alessandra Mattarino

Alessandra Mattarino holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan as well as a Master in Human Resources.

She began her career as a generalist, and later specialized in the Finance, FMCG, Telecom, Fashion & Luxury and Digital sectors.

Between 2011 and 2017 she was a partner in Search Partners International. In this role, she was responsible for the business activity and development for the Finance, Telecom, Digital and Fashion & Luxury sectors, and coordinating the teams both in Italy and France.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience managing search projects ranging from middle to senior management roles, particularly in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Digital & Communication and General Management.
She has had the opportunity to develop expertise in the HR field within both Italian and multi-national companies.
