Based in Moscow, Artem Antipov is a Partner at HORTON International – an international executive search firm – and a member of the company’s global CONSUMER & RETAIL and Agriculture practices.
Before joining Horton, Artem worked as a Head of FMCG Practice for a well-known Russian direct search agency that later became a part of Horton International Russia.
With over a decade in the search industry, Artem has built an extensive network of contacts with best talents in General Management/ Sales/ Marketing/ Supply Chain/ Manufacturing/ Finance and other executive functions.
Artem boasts a portfolio of 300+ successfully completed projects for major global brands and top Russian holdings in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Agriculture, Distribution and Retail.
He has experience in conducting searches across all Russia as well the CIS Cluster with number of successful assignments in Ukraine, Central Asia and Caucasus.
Artem has proved to master excellence in both operational and business development sides of a headhunter job. As well he is a skilled people manager & trainer who has grown several bright young talents currently working at Top Multinationals in Russia.
Apart from strengthening his success in Russia, today Artem is focused on developing cross-country cooperation within Horton International that could open doors to even greater business opportunities.
Artem graduated with a degree in Human Resources from the State University of Management in Moscow, Russia. Outside of business he pursues a variety of interests, from playing soccer and skiing to traveling and spending time with his family.
