Jukka Auramo

Jukka has worked with Horton International in Finland since 2005 as a Managing Partner and a Consultant. He focuses on senior level executive searches in Finland and internationally for leading Finnish and international companies as well as for high-technology start-up businesses.

Assignments are typically CXO level and management team level positions across a broad range of functional disciplines. His key expertise areas are engineering and manufacturing industries, service business, ICT and digital businesses.

Prior to joining Horton International, Jukka gained 18 years of global experience in senior management positions in the Telecom industry within Nokia Group and in the Mechanical Engineering and Construction/Mining industries within Sandvik Group. Jukka has extensive experience in international, multi-cultural business environments, having worked 10 years in the Asia-Pacific region in various management positions at his previous companies.
