Allan Peter Vangskov

From Horton International’s two offices in Denmark, Allan Peter Vangskov advises clients in all aspects of executive search, assessment and development projects. His client portfolio is predominantly small to medium size enterprises, family businesses and public corporations with Danish HQ’s. Furthermore, he also has multinational clients with Danish subsidiaries.

His insight into business and leadership has contributed to the successful completion of hundreds of executive search assignments in a broad range of industries both at national and international level.

Over the years, Allan Peter has gained a strong reputation of being both candidate- and client-driven, with a focus on delivering candidate placements that are in sync with his clients’ current business objectives and long-term business strategy.

Allan Peter has over the course of his career been in different senior positions in industries such as FMCG, Industrial, Technology, and business consulting both in SME’s and multinational companies. His executive search career started as a consultant in a global Executive Search consultancy and prior to joining Horton International, he was heading a Nordic search consultancy firm.

Allan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in international marketing, and MA studies in Management and Human Resource from the University of Southern Denmark.

Allan Peter is active in several of Horton International’s global practice groups and is an avid reader, especially within the area of emerging trends, to keep his knowledge up-to-date in a rapidly changing business environment.
