Kathryn has over twenty years experience in executive recruitment and consulting with boutique agencies and large international recruitment firms. She has consistently developed her career across various industries and consultancies, as Recruitment Consultant, Branch Manager, Executive Candidate Manager and Major Accounts Manager.
Kathryn’s specialty is the government and not-for-profit sectors, personally managing the Victorian Government account and individual agreements with several statutory authorities for eight years. With Horton International since 2010 she has recruited chief executives, functional heads and board appointments for various State government departments and agencies, and not-for profits, bringing to our clients a strong understanding of these sectors and their specific requirements regarding the recruitment and engagement of executives.
She is passionately committed to understanding the ever-changing needs of clients and carefully assessing candidates’ capabilities, and to ensuring a very good cultural match between the two. She has built lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
