Ton van der Weegen

Managing Partner

Ton is Managing Partner at the Dutch office of Horton International. His core activities focus on the Industrial Manufacturing, Construction, IT Technology, Biotechnology and Business Services. After being active in sports and semi-government for several years, Ton began his career as an executive search consultant in 1997. He has specific experience in search assignments for directorships, senior management positions and senior commercial positions.

Ton holds a master degree in Social Cultural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a bachelor Senior Management degree from the University of Groningen. Furthermore Ton has followed various training programmes on Corporate Governance and acquisition of companies.
