Peter Gramkov

Peter Gramkov is the firm’s Country Manager in Denmark. He has previously served on the Executive Committee and is a member of the firm’s global Board & CEO Advisory Partners and Technology Sector. Peter focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments, bringing extensive experience in executive assessment work and broader international searches across all functions. In addition, he is an expert at conducting searches within different ownership structures, from family and trust owned to publicly quoted, foundation, private equity and venture-capital-backed companies. Since joining the firm, Peter has been responsible for recruiting close to 300 executives across the Scandinavian region and internationally. He is based in Copenhagen.

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Peter has close to 20 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he worked on the major account sales team for Hewlett-Packard (Compaq) in Denmark.

 

EDUCATION

Peter received an MSc in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant in the Scandinavian languages.
