Florence Ferraton

Florence Ferraton leads the Consumer Sector globally, co-leads the Consumer Products Practice, and is a member of the Luxury & Retail and Leisure & Hospitality Practices. She focuses on senior-level assignments for consumer products clients and has led numerous searches and assessments for senior executives at French and international companies in both consumer and retail environments. Florence is based in Paris.

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Florence has more than 15 years of executive recruiting experience. She began her career in 1987 with the Dow Chemical Company where she worked in sales, first at the local level, and then later with European clients. She also directed the commercial and technical management of one of Dow’s distribution networks. She moved up through the ranks at Dow and ultimately became the marketing communications manager for Europe in their performance products division.

EDUCATION

Florence graduated from École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées and received an M.B.A. from Sorbonne University. She is fluent in English, French and German.
